How Dispatch Decides: Fix It or Tow It
The first minute of the call is triage. We ask what happened, what you hear and see, and where you are. A car that clicks but does not crank usually wants a jump. A car with a bent wheel and a sagging corner wants a tow. A car that cranks and will not start may be out of fuel or may have a deeper fault.
We would rather send the right vehicle once than send two. If a roadside fix is realistic, a van comes. If it is not, a truck is dispatched at the same time so you are not waiting twice.
Roadside Help That Ends at Our Shop
Roadside work often reveals a bigger problem: a battery that keeps dying points at the charging system, a repeat flat points at a bad tire or a damaged rim. Because we run the garage and tire bay, the follow-up repair does not require a new company. You can drive or be towed to 1007 Logan Ave, and the same people who helped you at the curb can look at the cause.
Staying Safe While You Wait
- Pull as far from traffic as you can and turn on hazard lights.
- On a highway shoulder, stay in the car with the seat belt on unless there is a risk of fire.
- If you must exit, use the side away from traffic and stand well off the road.
- Keep your phone charged and keep the line open so dispatch can call back.
- Do not accept help from a stranger who is not dispatched by us.
