Information on This Website
Arrival times, coverage areas and price ranges on this website are typical figures and not guarantees. Weather, traffic and call volume change them. The firm quote and ETA come from dispatch when you call.
We work to keep the information accurate, and we update it regularly, but it may be out of date or contain errors.
Requests Through the Form
Submitting the dispatch form is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. A job is accepted when dispatch confirms it with you. If your situation is urgent or unsafe, call the dispatch number, and call 911 in an emergency.
Quotes and Payment
Prices are quoted before work begins. Work is performed under the quote or invoice, which shows what was agreed. Repair work is performed after you approve an estimate.
Limits and Governing Law
This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses that result from using the information on it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
