When you submit the dispatch form we collect the information you type: your location, vehicle, the service you need and your callback number. If you tap a GPS button, your browser may share your coordinates, and we include them with the request. We do not read your location unless you tap the button.
When you call, we may record the call or note the details of your request so that dispatch can help you and keep accurate records.
How We Use It
We use the information to dispatch a driver, call you back, quote a price, schedule work and keep records of service. We do not sell your information.
Form submissions are sent to our dispatch team through email or a messaging tool. Those providers process the message for us.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies by itself. If we turn on analytics or call tracking, those tools may set cookies or collect usage information such as pages visited and which buttons are tapped. Call tracking may display a different phone number to some visitors.
