Not Sure What You Need? Start Here
Most callers know only what the car is doing, not what service it needs. Use this short guide to match the symptom to the service:
- The car will not start, and the lights are dim or click: a jump start.
- A tire is flat and you have a spare: a flat tire change.
- The keys are inside: a car lockout.
- The car is hurt, leaking or will not roll: emergency towing or flatbed towing.
- It slid off the road: winch-out recovery.

View detailsHow We Work
When you call, dispatch asks where you are, what you drive and what happened, then names the truck and gives an arrival estimate for your area. You hear the price before the truck leaves the yard. If the car needs a repair, it goes to 1007 Logan Ave. If it only needs a quick fix, a roadside van comes first.
We cover Belvidere and Boone County, plus the Rockford side of Winnebago County and the I-90 corridor. See the service areas page for typical arrival times, or read how towing is priced before you call.
“Callers apologize for not knowing the right name for what they need. You do not need it. Tell us what the car is doing and we will pick the truck.”
