Whichever zone you are in, the call goes to the same dispatch line, the same trucks and the same shop. You can pick the destination, or choose our bay on Logan Ave for tires and repairs. Storage is $0 while a vehicle is being repaired with us, and every quote is stated before the truck rolls.
Response times are shortest in Belvidere and Bonus Township, where trucks stage from our own yard, and grow a little toward the edges of the territory. Drivers on I-90 get priority handling when they are on a shoulder or ramp. Winter storms can slow every zone, and dispatch says so when it happens.
If you are outside these zones, call anyway. Longer trips to Chicago, O’Hare, Madison or Milwaukee are covered under long-distance towing.
